Many business owners encounter a problem – they are good at what they do, defined as artists in their field, but on the business side they simply don’t earn enough. This is where the Nati Noah Group comes into the picture – the only group in the country that combines a mental training program alongside business consulting and guidance. “The goal is to break through barriers and instill winning habits in the business owner along with a unique promise – commitment to results”
“I felt like I was giving up. I work and earn money, but it barely covers my rent costs” – Ronen
When Ronen opened a shiatsu clinic, he was mainly thinking about how to improve the lives of his patients. Month after month passed, and the volume of treatments at the clinic was barely 50% and the income was not enough. Ronen realized that with a sense of mission, you don’t go to the grocery store and that in order for the business to succeed and for him to be able to make a living, he needed help.
“I’ve been in business for over a year, and I can’t get past the point where my income and expenses are offsetting me,” says Ronen. “I felt like I was giving up. I work and make money, but it barely covers my rent, insurance and other expenses.”
Why do new business owners struggle with the business side?
“When Ronen came to us, I saw that he was an impressive person, an expert in his field, but he hardly knew the entrepreneurial side of the business. Beyond that, there was a feeling of a mental block, you could even say that Ronen was afraid of success,” says Nati Noah, senior business consultant and founder of the Nati Noah Group, “So before we even got close to the entrepreneurial field, we reached the entrepreneurial field, which prevented him from succeeding.”
After two months of training, Ronen says that something changed for him and the entire process of communicating with potential customers changed. Ronen also worked on different pricing that was more suitable for his customer base, and in the third month of training, he actually doubled his income and reached a turnover of 400 thousand per year, after which he already had a turnover of 700 thousand.
Business owner, entrepreneur or artist?
“When a person starts a business, he starts as an artist. He “gets low pay,” works very hard, doesn’t know how to price himself and doesn’t know how to sell himself. He comes from an agenda of self-fulfillment. People in 2024 no longer want to just work hard and finish the month without energy and a minus in the bank. They want their occupation to give them meaning and the business to give them fruit.”
“That’s why sometimes regular business support isn’t enough for them. We combine the business side with the emotional-mental aspect. That’s what we specialize in, and in this meeting there are breakthrough points – both personal and financial.”
Financial and emotional glass ceiling – how do you break it?
This was the case with D., a beautician from Rehovot, who has been running a successful clinic for years. “I reached a glass ceiling and was unable to break through it. The situation was good – I was earning about 30,000 NIS a month, steadily. I was proud of myself for a while, but with the cost of living and the children that were born, I felt like I wasn’t earning enough and no matter what I tried, I wasn’t able to increase my earnings, because when my income also increased.
When D. started coaching, she had a lot of doubts. She felt that if everything she tried on her own didn’t work, what would business and personal coaching be? “I didn’t believe that anyone could help me change the situation. Why would someone from the outside know my business better than me?” D. continues. “And then it clicked, suddenly – everything changed! My income increased from 30 thousand to 300 thousand within 5 months of coaching!” she says.
“My income increased from 30 thousand to 300 thousand within 5 months of training!” – D. the beautician
What’s the secret to the magic? How did D. actually manage to increase her income so drastically, so quickly?
“D. was basically stuck in a loop,” says Noah. “She really felt like she was working at full strength in neutral. She knew what brought her an income of 30,000 NIS, and she assumed that these actions would bring her an income of 300,000 NIS. What we made her understand, through combined work on the business and personal aspects, was that a drastic change of direction was required to increase her income.”
According to Nechama, what makes us a small or medium-sized business are not the same actions that make us grow into a medium-large business, and this is where many people have difficulty.
“We changed her entire business model, built packages for her that are more suitable for customers and more profitable for her, and in addition, we worked on a personal level to change her perception of that glass ceiling she felt stuck in.”
The bottom line – what does a business owner need to succeed?
“First of all, understand that even though he is an artist or master in his field, he also needs to be an entrepreneur. Once the business owner is a “one-man show,” he must understand more about marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship, and not just be the expert, the authority, in his field of activity, and that’s what we work on with the business owners who take our integrated training.”
“And the next step is to understand that that business owner cannot grow alone, and we actually teach him to recruit excellent human capital, manage it and motivate it, and this is where the real exit from slavery to freedom actually comes.”
“The goal is to break barriers and instill winning habits in the business owner along with a unique promise – commitment to results.” – Nati Noah
How is your support different from other business support available on the market?
“We take a holistic approach. It’s not enough for us to just provide business support. We are actually the only group in the country that combines a mental training program alongside business consulting and guidance. The goal is to break through barriers and instill winning habits in the business owner along with a unique promise – commitment to results. The company will support the business owner until he reaches the results set in the business plan that was set for him at the beginning of the response.” “We don’t move from this until we achieve results!”
